Is this a betting site?
No. "Clear bet" here means a safe pick: a game you can buy with confidence. We review video games only. There is no wagering, odds or gambling of any kind on this site.
Do you sell anything or offer prizes?
No. This is an editorial review site about paid PC games on Steam. There are no accounts, virtual currencies, coins, prizes, sweepstakes or games to play on this site, and nothing here can be won or bought.
What does this site cover?
Twelve Steam games that almost everyone enjoys, reviewed for people who only buy a few games a year. Every price and Steam Deck rating refers to the Steam version.
What is the Lens?
Every review compares the hype (what a game is famous for) with the facts (what you actually get, including the downsides).
How are scores calculated?
Five scores out of 100: craft (25%), fun (25%), easy to love (15%), lasting value (20%) and value (15%). The overall score is the weighted average.
Are prices up to date?
We list the US Steam list price at the last update, before discounts. Always check the Steam page before buying.
Do developers pay for reviews?
No. Scores and positions are never for sale.
Can I get a refund on Steam?
